- Dimple jacketed tank: The tank is manufactured by welding two metal sheets together, with the upper sheet 0.8mm-2.0mm thick and bottom one 1.5-6mm. This makes it ideal for plate heat exchangers and welding dissimilar plates.
- Polyurethane rollers: The inclusion of polyurethane rollers facilitates continuous feeding, streamlining the welding process with both time and effort efficiency.
- Five-axis CNC system: The machine is integrated with the high-end 232/Smartmanager five-axis CNC system, imported from Italy, enhancing precision in operations.
- IPG's near-infrared lasers: The IPG's near-infrared lasers ensures smoother, more accurate welding results.
