The steel plate cleanser is capable of brushing, cleaning, drying, coating. Residual rubber will first be removed from the steel plate through the use of brushing, air dry after cleaning, and coating before it is sent up to a clean room. This allows the steel plate to be recycled through high quality processing using the steel plate cleanser.

- Cleaning by high pressure water, which can be recycled after filtering
- Fan heat drying or linear high pressure air drying
