Aluminum Profiles Vertical Powder Coating Line
Vertical powder coating line is specially designed for aluminum profile, the capacity reaches 40 tons to 60tons for one day if working 8 hours, the product weight is about 4kgs ,size up to 6meter.
In this vertical coating line, the position of aluminum profiles is changed in loading area from horizontal into vertical. After this, the profiles go through the powder coating process and finally at the unloading area, then the profiles position changed into horizontal again.
The capacity of this powder coating line is high, but it needs at least 14 meter workshop height to install this vertical line. The conveyor system speed can be adjusted up to 3m/min. This type of powder coating plant normally matches 48pcs or 24pcs powder spray guns in 2 spate powder booth or 1 powder booth.
