Municipal Solid Waste Baler
The municipal solid waste baler is mainly used for compressing and baling of waste plastics which is cleaned thoroughly, laying a foundation for the subsequent storage and non-pollutional treatment. It mainly consists of machine rack, oil cylinder, oil pump, hydraulic valve, motor etc. It adopts automatic PLC control. This machine has the following features: easy operation and convenient maintenance.
1. The oil cylinder is fixed on the machine rack by the flange.
2. The oil pump adopts vane pump as its power source. It has small size, high efficiency, long service life and convenient maintenance.
3. The oil system is equipped with electro-hydraulic directional control valve and overflow valve to prevent system overload. It is sensitive and reliable.
4. The baler has low noise, no pollution, safety and environmental protection, small floor area and easy operation.
The municipal solid waste baler adopts horizontal structure. The dried plastics and rubber will be transported into the municipal solid waste baler by the conveyor. The oil cylinder is fixed on the machine rack by the flange. The oil pump adopts vane pump as its power source. The hydraulic oil will flow in certain direction controlled by the reversing valve. The hydraulic oil will enter the rod port or head port of the hydraulic cylinder through pipes, then pushing the piston to drive the compression plate to do back and forth movement, thus realizing circulating compression of the waste. You can get required length by repeated action (the length can be adjusted). Then the baler can realize automatic threading and tying. Finally the compression finished material package will be pushed out from the baler in sequence.
The hydraulic valve can be divided into electro-hydraulic directional control valve and overflow valve to prevent system overload. The directional control valve is sensitive and reliable. The structure of the baler is compact and reasonable; the appearance is beautiful and elegant; the operation is stable. It can also realize programmed control of continuous production and automated operation to reduce labor intensity.
