Procedure of grinding and separation units grinds the crushed materials from the previous section, make them fine enough for architectural usage.
The unit consists of belt feeder, mill, fan, dust collector, elevating conveyor, silo, screw conveyor, etc.
We Apply Raymond Mill:
Raymond MillMilling material hardness under 7, humidity under 6%;
The mill applies a vertical design, working mechanism: A grinding roller rotates around the vertical axis, swinging outward driven by centrifugal force, pressing the grinding ring, the blade is driven to shovel the raw materials and send them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, the grinding roller rolls to crush.
