Hydraulic power unit is a hydraulic power assembly that generally includes a motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control element, filter, fluid reservoir and other hydraulic components.

They are used to drive cylinders, motors, actuators and other actuating parts through external pipeline system, and subsequently create starting, stopping, rotary motion, or commutation. Finally, the power unit provides the power needed by the terminal mechanisms.

Custom hydraulic power units are also available. Hydraulic Gear Pumps
GRH self-made unidirectional gear pump and bidirectional gear pump: 0.16～8.0cc/r, G pressure rating.
Hydraulic Gear Motors
AC motor: AC110V～AC460V/0.1～30kW aluminum housing/steel plate housing;
DC motor: DC12V～DC72V/0.2～4kW (Machle, Qinling motor);
Brushless motor: DC48V～DC72V/0.5～3kW;
Solenoid valve
Cartridge valve: SUN, HydraForce, VIS, Rexroth, premium domestic cartridge valve;
Plate valve: Rexroth, Eton, Wandfluh, Atos and premium domestic plate valve.
Valve block
Self-made valve block: the valve block in small batch is manufactured with 7005/6005/6061 aluminum profile and the valve block in large batch is made by gravity casted and pressure casted aluminum.
Hydraulic reservoir
Plastic tank: 0.4～20L, optional horizontal and vertical, semi-transparent injection molded or blow molded reservoir
Iron reservoir: 0.4～12L, horizontal or vertical, round tank with a thickness of 1.5mm, unlimited capacity for shaped tank.
There are 100 kinds of hydraulic structures for customers to choose, which is also customizable.
Remote control is available
