Annealing Lehr, BLDL (A) / BLMQ (B)

Applications
This line of glass annealing oven is used for annealing of various glass products, including glass container, tableware, instrument, vacuum flask glass inner, lighting fixture, hollow glass block, glass ceramic, and more.

Heating source
The glass annealing lehr is compatible with energy sources such as electric, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil, light diesel oil, coal, and low heating value gas manufactured from coal.

Features
1. Type A annealing kiln is designed with circulating fans in its closed sections, and can cater for a wide range of differing products.
Type B is available with circulating fans only in the heating section, and thus is more suitable for single or fewer product lines.
2. Both annealing lehrs feature all steel housing, bi-metal sandwiches, aluminum silicate fiber insulation between sheet steels, hot air recirculation and automatic temperature control.
3. The continuous belt, supporting steplessly speed adjustment, has an automatic wandering correction device which is thought to be the most advanced in China.
4. The annealing furnace is designed in modular sections, and is easy for repairing due to its simple arrangement.
5. It delivers fast heat up, uniform temperature across the width, and a high thermal efficiency which results in low energy consumption and lower environmental pollution, etc.
6. Our annealing lehrs can be custom designed and manufactured to meet customers’ special requirements. The number of sections can also be increased or decreased according to the productivity of glass production machines.

Width of belt can be: 0.8m (non-standard),1.0m (non-standard), 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.1m, 2.4m, 2.7m, 3.0m, 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.5m.

Applications
The decorating lehr is designed for the decorating of glass bottles, tableware, as well as glassware for industrial and lighting purposes.

Type A glass furnaces come with circulating fans in all closed sections, and thus are applicable for glass manufacturing projects with wide product lines.

Type B lehrs are only provided with circulating fans in the heating section and thus are more suitable for single or fewer product lines.

Our range of decorating lehr is characterized by all steel housing, bi-metal sandwiches, aluminum silicate fiber insulation between sheet steels, forced hot air recirculation and automatic temperature control. The continuous belt supports stepless speed adjustment, and has an automatic wandering correction device which is thought to be the most advanced in China. The glass decorative furnace comes with modular design, and is easy to repair due to simple arrangement.

Due to fast heat up, even temperatures across the width and a high thermal efficiency, our decorating lehr delivers low energy consumption and lower environmental pollution.

The lehr is customizable, and its section number can be flexibly changed according to the productivity of glass production equipment.
