Fertilizers and Dry Bulk Materials
Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevator is a piece of equipment specifically designed for the vertical conveyance of powdered, granular, and small lumpy materials. Widely used in grain storage, mining, construction, and chemical industries, it can continuously lift materials (such as grain, ore, cement, and fertilizer) from a low point to a high point, such as from the ground to a silo or from an underground mine to the surface. Its enclosed structure effectively prevents dust dispersion, making it ideal for spaces with limited room that require efficient vertical transfer.
- Space-saving design
The vertical conveying design has a small footprint, allowing it to navigate multi-story plants or complex layouts to maximize space utilization. We offer customizable lifting heights (from a few meters to over a hundred meters) to meet various production needs.
- Versatile for various materials
We offer a range of bucket types (shallow, deep, and staggered) to transport different materials, including wet, dry, sticky, and fragile ones. Flexible traction parts (chains or belts) ensure stable transport of both heavy-duty materials (like ore) and lighter materials (like grain).
- Long-lasting components
The drive system and tensioning device work together to ensure smooth operation and prevent slippage or deviation. Key components are made from wear- and corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., alloy chains, high-strength steel buckets) for a long service life and low overall cost.

The standard material is Q235 steel, with the middle baffle being wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant rubber. The shell can also be customized to stainless steel.
Zh is for medium-deep buckets, and Sh is for deep buckets.
