Tubular Screw Conveyor
Application:
The tubular screw conveyor is a highly refined equipment used in factories for conveying, feeding and unloading. It can also be used for transportation of coarse, fine powder and particles. The longest conveying distance is 12 meters, and it can convey horizontally or upward 80 tons of materials per hour.
The screw conveyor tube, blade and axle tube selection:
The GLSS160 screw conveyor tube is 183 * 3 DC welded pipe. The blade of the conveyor is treated with 3mm16Mn, variable pitch monolithic welding. The axle tube used is 60 * 5 seamless pipe.
The GLSS200 screw conveyor tube is 219 * 3 DC welded pipe. The blade of the conveyor is treated with 3mm16Mn, variable pitch monolithic welding. The axle tube used is 60 * 5 seamless pipe.
The GLS250 conveyor tube is made of 273 * 3 DC welded pipe. The blade of the conveyor is treated with 3mm16Mn, variable pitch monolithic welding, and the axle tube used is 76 * 6 seamless pipe.

Features:
1. The output shaft of the deceleration motor generally works at the speed of 90 revolutions / min.
2. All blanking of plates are done with laser cutting machine.
3. Numerical-control bending machine, argon arc welding and other advanced equipment are used in bending and welding.
4. Using helical reducing gear produced by Xingguang (other manufacturers are available).
5. Bearings are Y-bearings with Square flanged housings from the Guangdong Dongguan UCF series.
6. Each tubular screw conveyer is equipped with overflow safety switch, and we use sensors from OMRON (or other sensors of equivalent quality).
7. Surface treatment: all the steel used is treated with phosphating and then sprayed.
