Project analysis
When Toyota was seeking a manufacturer, who can meet their requirements of auto steering kunckles development and prototyping, HK Tenlita Technology Limited, a supplier who provided Toyota with steering knuckle products with high performance parameters and machining accuracy, standed out. Adopting 7075 aluminum alloy material, Tenlita Model meet the requirement of 450 MPa yield strength. Tenlita Model produced the products in DMG MORI CNC 5 Axis Machining Center in German, because the knuckle axis is in all directionsthe that can not be produced with traditional 3 axis CNC machining.
