Automotive brake/master cylinder assembly lines consist of station machines, conveyors, auxiliary tools, and racks. Each station is set up according to specific assembly processes and the detailed configuration and automation level are designed according to customer requirements.
This assembly line is equipped with both assembly equipment and a material feeder for the following functions:
① Automatic cleaning caliper cylinder
② Automatic lubrication
③ Vacuum tightness test
④ Sliding force test for piston and bracket
⑤ Drag torque test
⑥ Automatic screw tightening for bracket and limiter
⑦ Contour tester and delineator
⑧ Workpieces can be conveyed either via machine or manual movement
