ETL series flue gas desulphurization pump utilizes corrosion resistant and wear resistant metal as well as rubber materials, which can make the service life long enough. It features simple and advanced structure of back knock-down. In addition, this pump can achieve the pump operation with all time and high efficiency by adjusting the bearing components so as to alter the impeller position in pump chamber.
The impeller and suction cover of flue gas desulphurization pump is composed of the self developed material A49 duplex stainless white iron, which possesses significant corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Meanwhile, the frame plate, cover plate and splice plates, as pressure parts, are made of ductile cast iron. Besides, we use natural rubber as the material of cover plate liner, rear liner and frame plate liner, which has such advantages as light weight, relatively low cost and excellent abrasion performance.
With the design of rear assemblage structure system, it is easy to maintain in no need to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipe of pump. More than that, imported tapered roller bearing and two cylindrical roller bearings with thin oil lubrication are used for our product so as to improve the working condition and prolong the service life.
Considering the characteristics of structure of desulphurization, slurry and application, we design the containerized mechanical seal with reliable operation, good performance and long service life.
