The gravel pump is a kind of centrifugal slurry pumps, used for transporting the liquid mixed with suspending sand, slag and so on. Also, it is a piece of commonly used river desilting equipment and a gold mining slurry transporting equipment.
The gravel pump is of single-casing structure. The pump discharge direction can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees, so the pump is very convenient to be installed and used. Besides, the bearing assembly of the gravel pump utilizes cylindrical structure, so it is easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and frame cover and the pump can be dissembled in whole when it is being maintained.
And it is characterized by its wide passage and big pump chamber, excellent cavitation performance and high efficiency.
In order to meet the needs of mining, coal, chemical, environmental protection and other industries, our company particularly developed ES series and ESG series gravel pump for the continuous conveyance of materials with large particles or strong abrasion. Both ES series and ESG series gravel pumps are horizontal centrifugal pump. Of them, the latter series is high head sand pump.
