XLPE Insulation Line for Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Cables
This cable extrusion line adopts silane cross-linking technology that can provide great flexibility and superior mechanical performance. For manufacturing silane XLPE insulated cables of voltage higher than 1.8/3(3.6)kV, three layers of conductor screen layer, insulation layer and insulation screen layer are extruded in one step. When the XLPE insulated cables of voltage below 1.8/3(3.6)kV need to be produced, operator can use one extruder from all the three to independently extrude the insulation layer.
