Aircraft water trucks are a self-propelled piece of airport equipment used to provide clean water to an aircraft. It is usually used in Airbus A300, A310, A320, A330, A340, Boeing B727, B737, B747, B767, B777 and COMAC C919 aircraft types.

The lifting platform features a high strength and outstanding plasticity, due to its aluminum alloy material. The platform lifting range is 400 to 2800mm, which meets the working height of most existing aircraft. All operation switches, plugs and circuit boards are waterproof, and the truck is comprised of an ISUZU second class truck chassis refitting assembly, water tank installation assembly, rear -overhang assembly (lifting platform), hydraulic system, electrical systems and other components.

Feature of Water Truck

Chassis
The water truck features a strong carrying capacity and excellent controllability, thanks to its usage of a second class truck chassis, such as JMC or ISUZU.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is composed of power takeoff, power takeoff control mechanism, hydraulic tank, filter, gear oil pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid valve and hydraulic pipeline, all in order to carry out water supply through the control of the electric system.
Water Pipeline System
The water pipeline system is equipped with a safety pressure regulator, which can adjust the water pressure according to actual usage conditions.
Water Tank
1)The water tank shell is easy to clean and corrosion resistant. 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel heat-resistant steel and argon arc welding are used, and the material thickness is 3mm.
2)There are 3 mm thick molded stainless steel boards inside the tank to avoid sloshing after adding water. These boards are firmly welded to ensure a tight seam and easy to clean surface.
3)The water tank can be turned into an insulation water tank based on the needs of different customers in different areas of the world.
4)The water tank and the truck frame are connected and attached using a rubber pad, which reduces the truck vibration while moving.
