- The hydraulic sheet metal turret punch press uses an international standard hydraulic system with a proportionate servo valve with fully closed-loop control. It is highly distinguishable, and users can adjust the stroke and speed.
- The punch speed is 1000HPM. It is suitable for processing louvers, knock-off holes, rolling ribs, rolling shear and coining through the precise control of the bottom dead center.
- The turnplate with a bushing is a process done in pairs in order to ensure the coaxilaity of the upper and lower die.
- Internationally matched pneumatic, hydraulic and electric components ensure performance reliability of the machine.
- The vacuum absorption waste device ensures that the waste material is accurately dropped during high speed punching, and completely eliminates any waste rebound, thus improving the punch press service life.
- A large lead ball screw and linear guideway that meets international standards ensures a highly precise metal process.
- The closed O-type frame welded using a steel plate gives the punch press a high rigidity and ensures very little deformation.
- The punch press features an automatic clamp protection function, which prevents punching in the protective area and damage to the mold and clamp, thus ensuring continuous machine operation.
- The clamp moves automatically with the processed sheet in order to avoid processing dead zones.
- The rotary workstation uses a highly precise turbine in conjunction with a worm mechanism to ensure the high precision performance. The maximum diameter reaches 88.9mm, though it can be expanded.
- The punch press uses an automatic, centralized lubrication device, which reduces friction during processes. This increases the equipment service life.
- The punch press features an integrated beam structure. The carriage and the beam are one centralized component, which increases the rigidity and ensures a precise location. The machine is extremely stable during high speed feeding, and eliminates deflection of the X and Y axes.
