Integrated Chemical Dosing Device
The integrated chemical dosing device is used to determine (dose) the amount of a water treatment chemical in an automatic, accurate and quantifiable manner based on the water treatment technology. These chemicals include the sludging prevention agent in a cooling tower recycling water treatment, flocculating agent and coagulant aids in water treatment, dehydrating agents in sludge, and agents used in processes such as de-oxygenation, acidification, alkali and degassing.
Main structureThe integrated chemical dosing device uses a metering pump as the primary dosing equipment, and includes the dissolution kit, stirrer, safety valve, check valve, pipeline, valve, pedestal, escalator and power control equipment in a public platform. Each of these components form an assembled unit according to specific technological processes. The integrated chemical dosing device is also equipped with a stirring system, dosing system and automatic control system.
