Horizontal Bitumen Storage Tank
We offer two different horizontal bitumen tanks for customers to choose from: one with a mixing shaft, and one without.
Storage tanks without a mixing shaft are used to store and heat ordinary asphalt, while those that do have a mixing shaft are used to store special asphalt types, such as emulsified asphalt and modified asphalt, which need to be constantly stirred in order to avoid separation.
Each tank has a capacity of 30-100m3, and users can choose between a square or spherical storage tank. With a special design, a tank with a capacity of 30-50m3 can be loaded into a 40HQ container.
Features-
We have designed reasonable pipeline, valve and pump layouts for our customers. The tank is equipped with a thermometer and a liquid level gauge, which can control the asphalt temperature and prevent overflow.

A rock wool plate and galvanized sheet are equipped on the pipelines to save energy and improve the heat preservation performance.

Some insulation pipes are manufactured in the factory, and we can assemble them quickly on the site with flanges and other components.
