Main features

The main motor and rewinding motor are controlled by a frequency converter.
The screw and roller material is a polished 38CrMoAlA nitride.
The screw and roller undergo a heat treatment, with a hardness depth of 0.6-0.7mm, and a brittleness under 2. The Vickers-hardness of the screw is over 740, and the roller is more than 900.
The gearbox surface is quenched and tempered.
