Titanium coated art glass brings a unique beauty to home decoration. It is made by using ordinary clear float glass, ultra clear float glass or frosted glass as the substrate and printing the desired pattern on the glass surface using screen printing technology. Then, a layer of titanium film is deposited on the glass surface using magnetron sputtering technology. After that, the ink printed with screen printing is washed away with an appropriate ratio of alkali solution, leaving a vivid titanium film pattern on the glass surface. Its decorative effect is better than embossed glass, giving people a refreshing feeling. It is a new type of interior decorative glass.
Titanium coated glass can be combined with acid-etched glass technology to form a double combination of concave-etched patterns and corresponding titanium-coated patterns. It creates a refreshing dual-process glass with extraordinary interior decorative effects, which we call titanium coated acid etched art glass.
The process involves printing ice flowers on the smooth surface of frosted glass using screen printing. The ice flowers can be any color of your choice such as gold, blue, green, red, purple or many more. A layer of high-temperature ink is then screen printed on top of the ice flower for added protection. It is then sent to the magnetron sputtering line where a layer of titanium film is plated on the edge of the ice flower. Finally, the protective ink is washed away with an alkaline solution, revealing the stunning product of titanium coated ice flower art glass. It will definitely make your decoration more magnificent, adding a touch of sophistication to space.
