Technical Parameters

The chemical composition of titanium ingots shall meet the following requirements (%, not greater than):

Non-destructive testing: The riser position shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 26060 Titanium and Titanium Alloy Ingots. For risers exceeding 100mm, the quality responsibility shall be traced to the melting process. Ultrasonic testing is performed on the ingot body in accordance with GB/T 5193 Method of Ultrasonic Inspection for Wrought Titanium And Titanium Alloy Products.

Technical Parameters

Titanium materials used for anode plates and sheets shall comply with ASTM B265 Grade 1.

The mechanical properties of anode titanium plates and sheets shall comply with the following standards:

6mm and 8mm anode plates and sheets, the titanium grain size number shall be 5.5 or finer;For 1mm and 3mm anode plates and sheets, the grain size number shall be 5.0 or finer.The hardness of titanium plates and sheets for anode plates shall be 110-130 HV and shall be uniform throughout the plate.

GB/T 3621-2007 standard applies. Special requirements: Plate flatness ≤3%; The material shall be free from mechanical surface defects; Thickness deviation within the same batch shall be < 0.5mm; For 6mm and 8mm anode titanium plates and sheets, the thickness tolerance within the same batch shall be ±0.15 mm (upper deviation preferred).
