EZG(S) series oil lubricated slurry pump is a centrifugal slurry pump, which can convert electric energy in to kinetic energy and potential energy of the medium through the centrifugal force. Also, it is double casing structure horizontal pump and its impeller can absorb water by single suction. This oil lubricated slurry pump is mainly used for handling the high-abrasive slurry in the fields of mining, coal washery, electric power plant, metallurgy, building material and chemical industry etc.

The oil lubricated slurry pump has reasonable structure. It offers two types of shaft seals. One is mechanical seal, and the other is the combination of impeller seal and packing seal. Impeller seal can operate without seal water, characterized by no dilution of slurry, good sealing effect etc. The packing seal adopts graphite packing and other special types of packing which can be utilized in corrosive environment or high temperature conditions. is designed based on international advanced sealing technology. Its friction pair is made of high hardness ceramic and alloy materials, offering superior wearing and impact resistance. Mechanical seal offers good sealing performance, and allows our slurry pumps to work in various bad working conditions.
At present our product provides eight types of self developed oil lubricated slurry pump, such EZG(S)65, EZG(S)100, EZG(S)200, EZG(S)300 and so on, all of which have been approved by our customers.
