This oven is primarily used for automatic LED stacking drying, and replaces traditional single oven modes. The inlet and outlet ports allow for docking to the upper and lower processing automatic logistic lines, which significantly improves the production efficiency and reduces the need for manual labor.

- Device partition: Forward inlet zone 600mm long, Constant temperature baking zone 5000mm, Discharge area 600mm long, Inlet 280mm height, 1000mm width, The height from the ground to the conveyor belt is 900mm±20mm.
- Material: Shell: 1.2mm cold plate baking varnish, liner: 1.2mm 304# stainless steel.
- Thermal insulation: Furnace insulation layer 150mm thick, silicate aluminum rock wool, high temperature resistant silicone strip sealing.
- Delivery belt: SUS304# stainless steel mesh chain, the effective width of the conveyor belt is 1100mm.
- Speed: 0.07-0.35m/min, can be adjusted.
- Temperature: from room temperature to 200 °C, constant temperature, independent temperature control in four sections.
- Heating: power: Finned stainless steel heating tube 48KW.
- Temperature control: temperature control module, input mode is precision K-type thermocouple.
- Features: Man-machine interface operation. P.I.D self-tuning, automatic constant temperature, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, motor overload protection, phase protection and other functions.
- AC380V, 50HZ, three-phase five-wire system. The total power is about 54KW.
- Can also be customized according to customer requirements.
