Cleanroom drying ovens are designed for products that have high cleanliness requirements. These products include optical lenses, electric elements, and semiconductors as they need uniform temperature and clean environment. The special designs include the following:

Different standard effective FFUs are set inside the workspace which repeatedly filters the heated air, allowing for dust smaller than 0.5μm.
Internal material is mirror-like steel that avoids covering dust.
Working chamber is fully enclosed, which quick reaches low dust condition. Cooling exhaust fan is optional upon request.

The following are cleanroom ovens in which the maximum temperature can be 250 ℃. JLYQ can manufacture ovens with custom workspaces, structure and maximum temperature (less than 600 ℃). Overheat protection, partitions, fixed or castor floor stand, observation windows and digital timers are available as well as other advanced temperature controlled systems and program systems.
