Working Principle

After the raw ore is sent to the jig chamber, the ore grain is stratified according to the specific gravity under the pulsation of diaphragm. The fine and heavy ore grain can pass through the artificial bed particle clearance and sieve pore, and then sink in the ore storage bucket. The coarse and light ore grain is sent by the medium flow to the ore discharge outlet. The rear jig chamber is 50mm lower than the front jig chamber, so the light ore grain can pass through the tail board of the front chamber, enter the rear chamber, and then suffer jigging again. Finally, the minerals of different specific gravity will be separated.

Product Marketing

The Batac jig is produced by our company, which adopts multi chambers shared NC air valve technology as well as cone shaped slide valve. It features reliable operation, 70 percent reduction in failure rate, low energy consumption, reasonable structure, convenient transportation and installation, 30 percent reduction in equipment load, and above 70 percent decay of power etc. In addition, this product can meet the requirement for separating different medium and also increase the processing capacity by over 20 percent.
