Air Conditioning Unit
This is a wind turbine blade manufacturing plant. Our client requested an air conditioning unit that could keep the plant air temperature between 20°C-26°C while maintaining the humidity between 50-60%. Their old system had a hard time maintaining adequate temperature and humidity and it was influencing production. The cooling efficiency of the air in the summer was low and their heating power was not sufficient so they needed an additional boiler to add heating power, which increased the cost of operation.
After investigation, WARM provided a direct evaporative cooling system for the client. The cooling COP of this system is up to 5.9, which is higher than tradition systems. The heating COP is up to 4.99, which means the boiler is unnecessary in the winter. The reliable air conditioner meets all requirements of clients and saves about ¥3000000 annually.
