- The evaporator is made of a 316 stainless steel plate heat exchanger, delivering an excellent cooling performance with a 30% efficiency improvement.
- The water tank, piping and pumps are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and feature an excellent resistance to corrosion and pressure with an exceptional durability and reliability.
- The microcomputer-based control system will automatically control and monitor the machine operation in real-time, offering a better stability, higher precision and lower failure rate.
- Alarms and protections for refrigerant over high or low pressure, overload, abnormal refrigeration, abnormal temperature of coolant fluid, temperature probe disconnection, phase reversal or loss, and more.
- Durable high-pressure and large-flow stainless steel magnetic pumps ensure a consistent temperature and enhance the molding stability.
