1. Surface Coating
Ideal surface coating defines the beauty of a bicycle frame. You can directly purchase raw frames and do surface coating by yourself. Also, we can conduct surface treatment based on your requirement including painting and anodizing.

Surface Stickers: Four Types
a. Outer sticker: Directly paste the stickers on the painted frame. It is easy to stick and tear off. This process is simple and commonly used on steel bike frame.
b. Water sticker: Sticker on the frame is covered by paint. You can not tear it off as it is inside of the paint. Frame touches smoother with water sticker finished than with outer sticker.
c. Stickers without film: Process is same with the water stickers. It is easier to paste and make it perfect. So, it is often used on the tubes with complex shapes, and is generally used for the design with complex process.
d. Special stickers:This is a stereoscopic sticker. It features a bulge on the frame surface and can be felt with a touch.

2. Application Range
THL is available to design and manufacture a various bike frames for customer's requirements, including:

As the tubes we offer are in many shapes, you can choose your favorite head tube, top tube, down tube, etc. We will make the frame according to the tubes you chose. Besides, tell us other components like brake type, bottle cage, carrier, kickstand, battery, chain wheel, seat post and derailleur, we will make the frame fit.

3. Size Options
We can manufacture bike frames in multiple sizes including 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 27.5", 28" and 29". For other part like head tube, seat tube, B.B. etc. their sizes can be all customized.

4. Sample Making
For customers who order a large quantity from us, we can make samples and send to them during the early cooperation.
