This blown film extrusion line is designed for producing wide-width waterproof geomembranes and construction protection films. It is mainly used for manufacturing three-layer composite geomembranes and waterproof liners, and with optional auxiliary equipment, it can also produce textured geomembranes, achieving true multi-function capability with one machine.

The plastic film making line is equipped with a dedicated extrusion system, three-layer co-extrusion die head, and advanced cooling technology. The produced geomembranes feature excellent impermeability (permeability coefficient ≤ 10⁻¹¹ cm/s) and high tensile strength (≥ 18 MPa), providing strong durability and structural reliability. It can also be adapted for certain large-width agricultural greenhouse film production needs. The geomembranes and construction film blowing machine is widely used in several industries such as agricultural irrigation, aquaculture, water conservancy engineering, transportation and infrastructure projects, landfill and environmental protection projects, tailing pond waterproofing and industrial containment.
