The rain hose making machine is available in single-layer and double-layer configurations. The double-layer extrusion configuration features stable performance, high output, advanced processing technology, and simplified operation. The produced hoses offer high tensile strength and long service life. When equipped with a punching unit, the line is capable of producing micro-spray hoses as well as water transmission hoses.
The production line supports manufacturing of micro-spray rain hoses with folding diameters ranging from 30-80mm and thicknesses from 0.2-0.6mm, covering a wide range of irrigation and water delivery applications.
