This client is a professional manufacturer of medical rehabilitation equipment, including hospital beds, medical pendants, electric stand-up beds, and electric parallel walking bars. Prior to doing business with us, our clients were purchasing linear actuators from another company. Their products provided adequate quality but were expensive and refused to provide customization.

Fulfillment:
The client found our products when searching for linear actuators on Google. After several conversations, their director came to Tomuu to witness our production process and took samples back for testing. Our products passed all of the involved tests after 2 weeks. They signed a contract with us to reserve three types of linear actuators with different strokes, which could be installed in the body, back rest, and foot area of hospital beds to enable up and down motion. Tomuu products solved the problems the clients were facing previously as the actuators provided low cost and good quality. We were widely recognized by other Korean rehab equipment manufacturers after this project.
