The Guangzhou Postal Sorting Centre is the largest postal sorting centre in Asia and is equipped with an automatic parcel sorting line to improve sorting quantity from 30000 to 100000. Due to the fast development of online retailers, the Guangzhou postal sorting centre needed to purchase more automatic parcel sorting lines, which require heavy-load linear actuators with good reliability.

Fulfillment:
The lift system in the sorting process used to adopt a DC motor, therefore we provided customized electric actuators for our client. The U8 industrial linear actuators is mainly applicable for large mechanical automatic appliances. Its load capability is 1500kg and no-load velocity is 40mm/s. To ensure the reliability of the industrial actuators, we recommended the more efficient and powerful AC motor and reinforced the tube of the actuator. We also replaced the connector of the electric linear actuator to a rod type to reduce the damage to motor caused by the force of friction.
The client was satisfied with our fast response and professional solutions and they agreed to sign a contract to reserve 119 industrial linear actuators. The first batch of industrial linear actuators worked very well, therefore our client invited us to go to the centre to discuss the next steps of cooperation and promise to reserve more U8 industrial linear actuators, which show their trust and the good quality of our products.
