This Middle East customer found us on the internet at the very beginning with vague requirements about the equipments. Then we communicated with the customers and answered their questions with patience, which made him feel our professionalization and enthusiasm. Finally the customer chose us from numerous equipment suppliers. The customer met some problems with the equipments purchased from other supplier, and hoped we can help him solve the problems. After one month’ communication and test, our engineers designed this production line for this customer.

In the first feeding process, the feeding hopper this customer purchased before was about 1 meter. This customer thought it was difficult to control the feeding progress for the workers. Then we prolonged the feeding hopper to 3 meters, in order to make it easy for the workers to control the feeding progress.

In the second progress, we added a spike lattice cotton reserve box with a photoelectric infrared device for this customer. With the spiked lattice intermediate feed box, when the raw material in the intermediate feed box of carding machine is full, the feeding process will stop automatically and wait for the transport of the raw material in carding machine before restart, resulting in continuous production and improved output.

Start from 2012, this customer purchased twice from us per year, two production lines every time.

In 2016, when this customer purchased from us again, this customer mentioned that it was waste to abandon the leftover fabrics and it would be labor consuming to collect and send these leftover fabrics to waste material recycling system. This customer wondered if there was a way to automatically recycle and reuse these leftover fabrics. After 2 weeks’ trial and error, our engineers redesigned the production line successfully. After redesign, the leftover fabrics would be conveyed to the last process by the blower for opening and carding again.
