Requirements of the project
Our customer requires metering and billing services for their central air-conditioning, water and power consumption for elevator corridors, lobby and some other public areas for each lessee, as well as providing energy saving management.
Our design
- We install the main meter of the ultrasonic heat meter on the host and water distributors and the branch meters on the end equipment of each lessee. In this way, users can achieve billing and management through remote collection and control, monitoring real time energy consumption data and achieve timeshare metering and billing.
- We design household metering for air-conditioning of each department or public area in office areas. We install ultrasonic heat meters, power meters and water meters on the main pipes of each department or public area. In this way, our customer can analyze the energy consumption with real-time data, find the reason of energy waste and the source of large energy consumption, and make the corresponding energy saving strategy according to the data.
