For commercial buildings, we will analyze the energy consumption of stores, office areas, public areas and\ other areas at first, and then install measuring meters in these spaces. Next, we will introduce a related example, Ningbo Liansheng Commercial Plaza.

Requirements of the project

Liansheng Commercial Plaza is divided into commercial areas, office areas and public areas. Our customer requires metering and billing for the cooling capacity of central air-conditioning in commercial areas, measuring and analyzing the household and timeshare energy consumption of office areas, and remotely controlling the air-conditionings in public areas.

Our design

Commercial area
Commercial area: We install ultrasonic heat meters on the main pipes of every store. The metering devices can measure and charge the energy consumption of each store and collect the real-time data of energy consumption devices. Moreover, the data can be analyzed in background processing.
Office area
Office area: We install ultrasonic heat meters on the main pipes of every office, and the metering devices can achieve itemized, classified and time-sharing measurement for each tenant.
We install ultrasonic heat meters on the hosts and water distributors. The managers can analyze the energy consumption of each area based on the energy manage system and adjust energy-saving strategies at will.
