The PE woven heat-sealed rain hose production line forms woven fabric into tubular hoses through a heat-sealing process. Micro-spray rain hose (also known as perforated hose or micro-spray irrigation hose) is a micro-sprinkler irrigation product in which water outlets are created directly on the hose body through mechanical or laser punching.
Typically, hoses with three, five, or more outlets per group are laid directly on the ground. Water is sprayed upward through these outlets, forming a fine rain-like spray pattern. The product is suitable for agricultural irrigation, construction sites, orchards, parks, and home gardens, delivering uniform spray performance with explosion resistance, UV resistance, and long service life.
