The pre-punched layflat hose making machine is a newly developed water-saving irrigation solution engineered for integrated manufacturing of pre-punched composite layflat hoses. The system is among the earliest in the industry to be developed and commercialized as a complete production line, offering a standardized and scalable solution for irrigation mainline hose manufacturing.
The pre-punched composite layflat hose product is manufactured from PE with a five-layer composite woven structure, to enhance durability, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, and algae resistance. Pre-installed outlet connectors are welded during production, resulting in hoses with high pressure resistance, large diameters, and no need for secondary punching. The hoses are suitable for both high- and low-pressure irrigation environments.
Pre-punched outlet hole layflat hoses are used as mainline pipelines for drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation in agricultural fields, including large-scale farmland, orchards, and vegetable or flower cultivation. They are also suitable for landscape irrigation applications such as urban parks and verges.
