This polymer injection pump unit is specially designed for long-term continuous operation. Its dedicated high-pressure injection system for oilfield profile control operations is mainly used to inject conditioning agents—such as polymers, gels, and microspheres—into oil reservoirs to adjust formation water absorption profiles and enhance crude oil recovery.

To support extended operation, the injection pump system is equipped with an air-conditioned, enclosed operating room. It integrates a flowmeter, pressure sensors, and a high-definition LCD display, enabling direct, real-time monitoring of flow rate and pressure values.

  • Cement slurry: Foundation reinforcement, diaphragm wall slurry, and fracture filling
  • Water: High-pressure water jet cutting
