Integrated power and drainage system: Combines a high-performance drainage pump with a silent trailer-mounted diesel generator, offering a reliable power and water pumping solution.
High-capacity water pumps: Equipped with one or multiple portable drainage pumps, with a flow rate of 500m³/h to 3000m³/h. Pumps are stored at both ends of the unit, and each storage compartment features a built-in handle for easy removal.
Variable frequency pump control: The drainage pump features variable frequency start and stepless speed adjustment, allowing real-time water output control based on site conditions. The LCD display provides precise monitoring of voltage, current, frequency, and fault alarms. The control system supports soft start/stop functions and includes a leakage protection system.
Durable and weather-resistant construction: Built with high-quality galvanized steel panels with a minimum thickness of 2.0mm. The enclosure is sandblasted for rust and corrosion resistance and coated with a 300°C high-temperature spray finish for enhanced durability.
Advanced noise reduction: The unit’s interior is lined with 50mm flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton, and sealed rubber edges on doors help minimize noise and heat dissipation. The integrated silencer and exhaust system reduce noise levels to 78 decibels at a 7-meter distance.
Customizable trailer options: Depending on the required pump flow rate, the unit can be configured with either a two-wheel or four-wheel trailer. The trailer tow bar is adjustable to accommodate different towing vehicle heights.
Seamless mobility and transport: Designed for easy towing with a zero-dead-angle steering system, allowing for smooth maneuverability. Features an inertia braking system and supports driving speeds of 20km/h to 60km/h.
