• Because of the 75W transformer and imported high-power heater, it is particularly applicable for lead-free soldering as well as high or low temperature soldering.
• PID program are applied for the real-time tracking, correcting the air gun air inlet temperature and soldering iron tip temperature. The PID temperature correction cycle is 100ms. The surprising temperature compensation speed makes the machine suitable for all sorts of hostile environment.
• A fault signal alarming device is added to the YIHUA-942 anti-static soldering station. It will send out alarming signal to suggest the operators check the machine, when the tip temperature is lower than the minimum alarming range, or when the heater, circuit board, or other part breaks down.
• The equipment is available with the digital type tip temperature correction function. The temperature correction range is from -50℃ to 50℃.
• It also can operate automatically. This anti-static soldering station can be automatically power off at the fixed time.
