Company Introduction
Established in 2009, Shijixing is a professional manufacturer of sports equipment. We primarily focus on the production of gym equipment, such as gymnasium seating equipment, school sports equipment, outdoor fitness equipment, etc. Most of our products are designed and produced for large-scale settings, including gyms, halls, school yards, parks, and other recreation areas. We can also arrange for the custom manufacturing of large scale gymnasium equipment upon request.

Shijixing has passed a series of system certifications, including ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health management system certification, and ISO10015 training management system certification. Our products have also passed various quality certifications, such as China environmental labeling certification, SGS inspection certification, CE certification, NSCC constitution certification and so on. Our equipment has been sold to Canada, Russia, Turkey, Colombia and many other countries around the world.

Production and manufacture

We utilize our own R&D team made up of advanced R&D technicians who have worked with high level institutions and other highly regarded enterprise. Our team developed our movable spectator stand and hollow blow mold seat projects. The movable stand was designed with duplex bearing wear resistant PUR iron core wheels, which enable the product to withstand large pressure and eliminate the problem caused by the friction between the bottom wheels and the ground. The design prevents the stand from damaging the floor even under high pressure. The seats are made of high quality polythene material and feature hollow blow molding technology, giving them the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and result in simple installation and convenient maintenance. The application of anti-aging and anti-UV additives slow down the aging and color fading effects of the material.

The Shijixing factory covers an area of 60,000 m², with specialized workshops for products of every series, such as our bleachers seat workshop, ground materials workshop, sports equipment workshop, and outdoor fitness equipment workshop. Throughout these workshops is advanced production equipment that enables incredible production efficiency. Some of the machinery we utilize includes an electrostatic powder coating line, electric automatic shot blasting machine, CNC tube bending machine, and autoline cutting machine tool. All of these pieces of equipment and workshops combine to ensure a high degree of quality and productivity.

Quality is the leading consideration in our production operation. We employ a strict inspection process. From the receiving of raw materials, every manufacturing procedure, every component all the way to finished product delivery is carried out under a professional quality control specialist. We have also established a testing laboratory, bringing in universal testing machines, including an ultraviolet radiation aging test chamber, Xenon-Arc weathering test chamber, impact fatigue testing machine, high-low temperature impact tester and other large-scale inspection machines. These devices will inspect each product according to texture, appearance, structure, fatigue resistance, stability, surface quality, and more. It is our goal to provide only safe and healthy products for our customers.
