Trailer Mounted Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig XDJ-4
The XDJ-4 trailer mounted hydraulic core drilling rig comes with a modular structure. All components including power unit, control panel, rotary head, mast and base are modularly assembled for easy disassembly. Each component weighs at most 500kg. This drastically eases the load of transportation and makes it convenient to move the core drilling machine on complex roads in highland and mountain areas.
Structural Features:
1. Power Unit
The hydraulic core drilling rig is powered by diesel engine or electric motor. These two power units can be quickly interchanged even at the drilling sites.

3. Gearbox
The gearbox of rotation unit features 2-speed torque output, meeting the speed and torque requirements of various drilling processes for different drilling diameters.

5. Winch
The hydraulic core drilling rig mounted on trailer is equipped with state of the art winch which features stepless speed control and provides a hoisting capacity of 6.3/13.1tons per rope.

6. Control Panel
Through the tachometer, bit pressure gauge, ampere meter, voltage meter, hydraulic pressure gauge and slush pump pressure gauge on the control panel, drilling operators can perform real-time observation of the running conditions and hole conditions.
