Recommended applications
Primary panel air filters are designed with simple structures that are easy to disassemble and install. They can be used as pre-filter systems for basic filtration devices including central air-conditioning fresh air handling units, ventilation systems, air compressors, clean room return air filtration systems, HEPA air filters, and program controlled switchboards, and computer rooms dedicated constant temperature, and humidity air conditioning units.
Configuration
- Structure:
- Double-sided plastic spraying protection grid or metal wire as support, simple and sturdy structure.
- Filter media:
- The filter media is fiber cotton made of polyester by multi-directional needle punching method. The fiber junctions are completely joined to achieve high dust collection efficiency. The air can pass through the filter media freely and evenly so that the dust can be evenly adsorbed on it, thereby achieving a high dust holding capacity.
- Protection grid:
- Galvanized grid or plastic spraying mesh grid.
- Frame:
- Galvanized iron frame and aluminum frame can be used as frame materials and the filter material can be cut or supplied in roll according to customer's requirements.
