FX500 is a butt fusion machine designed for HDPE pipe welding from 180 mm to 500 mm. Engineered for joining thermoplastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, and PVDF, this pipe fusion machine utilizes controlled heating (deviation ±7ºC) and optimized hydraulic pressure to produce strong, reliable joints. The hydraulic pressure unit offers an optional digital pressure gauge for more precise pressure monitoring.
