Designed for deep-well turbine pumps, our three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage rotor motors excel in handling significant axial forces, ensuring reliable performance for vertical solid-shaft pump systems.
- Screw the coupling bolt into the pump coupling, ensuring it remains vertical.
- Remove the motor’s top cover.
- Clean the mounting surface, then vertically align the motor over the pump shaft onto the base flange support. Secure with fastening bolts.
- Firmly connect the motor to the pump shaft coupling.
- Inject high-quality bearing lubricant (viscosity 13–16.5 mm²/s) through the motor’s oil fill port.
- Add lubricant per the motor’s label, typically below half the sight window level, unless specified otherwise.
- Excess lubricant may flow into the motor via the shaft sleeve or be flung out during rotation—this does not affect normal operation, so clients can use with confidence.
- After verifying the installation, replace and tighten the motor’s top cover.
- Equipped with thermal and short-circuit protection devices; set current according to the nameplate.
- If frequency deviates by 1% or voltage by 5% from nameplate values, continuous rated power cannot be guaranteed.
- Whether loaded or not, the motor must not produce irregular sounds or vibrations. Operating temperature must not exceed 95°C.
