The Block Making Machine QF1800 (5 stands for the production quantity of 5 blocks "400x200x200mm" per mold, 15 stands for the cycle time of 15 seconds) has the production output of 21600-28800 blocks (400x200x200mm) or 300-680 cubic meters for one day (8 working hours). As the molds are changeable, the block making machine is able to produce different types of blocks/bricks. This popular medium size of block making machine is the one used by most of our customers.

Features
The following characteristics ensure Qunfeng's concrete block production machine main frame has a stable performance:
1) The main frame uses a strengthened square tube with four guiding pillars and a prolonged guide sleeve in order to guarantee the orientation precision. The press head synchronous gear rack maintains the synchronism of the press head and the grip cylinder ensures block formation is more successful, all while the overstriking synchronous tumbler maintains the synchronism up and down motion of the mold.
2) The connection components for the mold frame and mold itself utilize an imported gasbag clamping process to carry out block production and damping in the most effective manner.
