Block Bottom Paper Bag Making Machine with Flap
The block bottom paper bag making machine with flap is designed for producing square-bottom bags equipped with a flap. This flap is designed with a layer of release paper and adhesive. To seal the bag, users simply remove the release paper and fold over the flap for a secure closure. For easy access, the flap includes an easy-tearing line, allowing for quick opening.
This paper bag making machine efficiently completes the entire bag-making process in one pass. It starts with either plain or pre-printed paper, performs window cutting and waste suction for the flap, applies glue, and adds a pasting layer. The process includes easy tearing line perforation and precise flap positioning, followed by side gluing, tube forming, cutting, and bottom creasing. Finally, the bags are glued at the base, formed into their final shape, and collected.

Following this, the tubes are transported to a drum mechanism. This drum, equipped with a vacuum suction system, opens the tubes into a four-cornered shape. The final step in the process involves applying bottom glue, inserting the base, and shaping the bag into a square bottom, completing the formation of the paper bag.
