Gear Wear Testing Machine
Lubricant tester for testing load bearing capacity of lubricant and fatigue strength of gear
Our gear wear testing machines are designed to evaluate the performance of lubricants and gears under load-bearing conditions, focusing on the fatigue strength and wear of gears. Developed for both gear oil research and gear material testing, it complies with the German DIN51354 standard for lubricant testing. By using standard gears, the gear wear tester automatically adjusts the applied force in real-time, making it easier and more precise to measure the strength of gear teeth and roots, as well as the scuffing load and weight changes caused by lubricant use.
Applications
Ideal for petrochemical, mechanical, energy, transportation, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and research sectors, where gear performance and lubricant efficiency are critical to long-term machinery reliability.
