Using a high-frequency exciter, the system generates small, rapid oscillations with a reciprocating frequency range of 10–50 Hz. The upper sample (usually a ball) is pressed against the lower sample (a disc) by an external weight, while the exciter drives the upper sample in high-frequency motion. Whether it’s testing surface coatings, lubricants, or base materials, this testing system is adaptable to the specific needs of industries such as petrochemicals, energy, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing.
