Accumulator
Description
The CCC02 aluminum aerosol and can accumulator is the necessary equipment of the automatic aluminum can manufacturing plant.
The high speed aluminum can manufacturing machine line is a set of automatic production line. To realize the maximum use efficiency of the equipment, there are 3 intermediate storages especially being set in the producing process. With the pulley moving upward sequentially, the chain is driven to move cyclically so that the aluminum cans which are passed by the front road equipment can continuously be stored in the middle storage rack automatically. And the accumulator can use the pulley's moving downward to drive the chain and continually uninstall the aluminum cans which are in the export of the storage rack by exporting equipment and pass them to next process. When the whole machine is in the automatic operating state, the equipment of the next process will only switch on when the proximity switch device detects that there are aluminum cans on the middle storage rack, or it won't start up. This accumulator has the functions of temporary storage and making up the difference of the equipment operating speed to stabilize the production line and improve its work efficiency.
